The challenge
Drawing up cooperation agreements was error-prone and depended on experienced consultants. Junior colleagues needed a lot of support, and without a standard way of working, key information was sometimes forgotten or misread. That cost time, led to inconsistencies and increased the risk of mistakes, which Raaak Personeel wanted to fix with a more efficient and reliable approach.
The solution
We built a smart tool that automatically drafts a quote based on factor calculations. Junior consultants can now work on their own, the process runs faster and mistakes are avoided. Everything lives in one system, clear and reliable.

In the first phase, we mapped out the entire quoting process together with Raaak Personeel. We looked into: Which variables affect the quote calculation. How consultants currently send out quotes and where the bottlenecks are. Which systems had to be integrated for client management and digital signing. How we could make the process as efficient and user-friendly as possible. Based on these insights, we developed a functional design that matched the consultants' way of working and the goals of Raaak Personeel.
With a clear plan in place, we started building the portal. The core of the solution consisted of: An intuitive interface where consultants can create quotes quickly and easily. A powerful calculation module that automatically works out the right prices. Links with the CRM system for automatic entry of client data. Integration with a signing system, so the quoting process is fully digital and legally binding. Status updates and notifications, so consultants always know where things stand.
After launch, we keep optimizing the portal. We analyze how consultants use the system and make improvements based on their feedback. Ongoing optimizations include: - Improving ease of use through small interface tweaks. - Expanding functionality, such as additional reports or extra integrations. - Tuning performance, so the system always stays fast and reliable. With this quoting portal, Raaak Personeel has a powerful digital tool that lets its consultants send quotes faster and more efficiently, helps clients sooner and keeps the whole process running smoothly.
