Rebel Lease is a small, independent car leasing company, and its name says a lot about how it works. Rebel Lease takes a different approach than other leasing companies: it seeks out adventure and swims against the current, so it can meet every leasing need that comes its way.
The challenge
Rebel Lease is one of the Kroymans Financial Services labels, each serving its own target audience with one or more services. They all draw on a shared pool of cars that can be used for both leasing and rental. How do you manage one shared pool of cars for all those labels without losing track? To keep processes running smoothly and data under control, it was essential to centralize everything on one powerful backend.
The solution
With our multisite solution, all data is managed centrally through our data solution, ADAPT. API integrations display cars automatically and calculate prices quickly. The website runs on Umbraco CMS, which makes life easier for content editors and gives visitors a user-friendly experience. Thanks to a well-tuned customer journey, visitors can request a lease quickly and easily.
Thanks to True People's data solution, ADAPT, all our data is managed in one place. That gives us consistent, up-to-date information, better scalability, and a more efficient CMS, because the load on it has dropped considerably.
What we achieved together
Since launch, growth has been strong. Visitors are up 110%, and organic traffic has grown by a staggering 1,881%. Engagement is 73% higher too. These results come from strong content, smart SEO, and a website that does what it should do. More visibility and more engagement give Rebel Lease the momentum it needs to move faster digitally.

Rebel Lease had big plans, and that calls for a smart digital approach. In our first conversations, we dug into their processes and challenges together, such as managing multiple sites and datasets. Then we looked at what their audience really needs: requesting a lease quote quickly and easily. We turned those insights into a clear strategy and a design that works and converts.
Based on the insights from the Discover phase, we set up a scalable multisite platform in Umbraco CMS, controlled centrally through our data hub. Standardized APIs keep the data current and manageable. The front end is designed for speed and ease of use, with one goal: find a car fast and request a quote with ease. Rebel Lease worked closely with our product owner Fien, which led to a solution that is technically strong and fits their needs perfectly.
The platform is built for growth: you can add new sites easily within the existing structure. We keep optimizing based on user data and feedback. Together with Rebel Lease, we monitor performance and actively steer toward conversion. We also handle maintenance, so the website keeps running fast, secure, and reliably.
