The challenge
How do you keep multiple CRM systems in sync at all times, without data loss, conflicts, or duplicate records? That was the challenge for PGGM&CO. The systems had to stay up to date through every update and change. There was no room for error: all data had to flow between them flawlessly, so information stayed current and consistent everywhere.
The solution
We first connected the website to HubSpot and later added Microsoft Dynamics. Because no standard integration existed for it, we built one ourselves. To let both systems communicate smoothly, we deployed our data solution ADAPT as a smart layer in between. Everything stays in sync automatically: fast, secure, and without manual work.
