The challenge
How do you build a survey tool that employees enjoy using and that produces genuinely useful insights? PGGM&CO wanted employees to be able to complete surveys with ease, while employers needed results they could trust, read at a glance and act on. The existing system fell short: reports were sluggish and gave employers too little to go on. Our job was to fix that.
The solution
We built a dedicated research platform for PGGM&CO, focused on faster performance and better reporting. The surveys are managed in our data solution ADAPT, which lets PGGM&CO easily set up surveys for different employers. The platform connects to both ADAPT and the employee portal, so employees see their results clearly, along with practical tips for improving their physical, mental or financial well-being.
