The challenge
Scholen in de Kunst manages its course offering in an external system, but that data can't be used as-is for the website or the Mijn-omgeving portal. Transferring it by hand took a lot of time and regularly led to errors. How do you make sure all information lands in the right place automatically, without manual work? And how do you keep things flexible, so integrations can easily adapt when systems change?
The solution
We built a central data solution that acts as a smart layer between the external participant system, the website and the Mijn-omgeving portal. All data is retrieved, enriched and published to the right place automatically. Enrollments, changes and new courses are processed right away. Thanks to the flexible setup, integrations can be adjusted or extended easily. The result is a setup that runs faster, without errors, and is ready for the future.

During the quoting process for the corporate website, it became clear that Scholen in de Kunst needed more than a website. The organization wanted a central solution to streamline processes and bring together data from different sources. So together we mapped every process, from online enrollments to phone calls and emails, to develop a solution that fits what Scholen in de Kunst needs.
Based on these insights, we built a smart data solution: the Middleware. It acts as a central link between all systems and brings data together in one place. Everything is connected using a fixed structure, so data can be retrieved, enriched and passed on automatically to, for example, the website, the Mijn-omgeving portal or other platforms.
With this data solution in place, Scholen in de Kunst has a solid foundation for future-proof growth. Data is managed centrally, processes run more efficiently and the offering stays current and consistent, no matter which channel displays it. New systems or websites can be connected easily, so Scholen in de Kunst stays flexible and ready for further development.
